THE STORY
Built from the ramp up.
Global Ties Aviation started where most aviation businesses start: on the ramp, doing the work — aircraft appearance care held to a documented standard, every job written down like it would be read by the next owner. Because it will be.
The pattern underneath that work kept repeating. An industry full of skilled people and serious assets, connected by phone calls, reputations and paperwork that lives in filing cabinets. Owners who cannot find verified help. Specialists who cannot find work beyond their airport. Buyers asked to trust sellers they cannot check. Students told to know somebody.
So the company became the connective layer instead: a verified marketplace with the broker removed, a work network where the job finds the specialist, success programmes that build businesses for the people entering the industry, and a permanent record that makes every aircraft more valuable for having lived here. 27 sectors mapped, 35+ AI features planned, 13 services documented and live — and every piece of it holding the same rule: the AI drafts, a named person decides.
The destination is stated plainly on the platform page: the operating system for the aviation industry — the rails other aviation software plugs into. That is a long flight. We publish our position honestly at every leg: what is live is labelled live, what is building is labelled building, and nothing gets invented in between.

The record beats the reputation.
Aviation has always run on word of mouth — who you know, who vouches. We think the documented record should carry that weight instead: every service, every check, every transaction written down, following the aircraft for life. Reputation fades; the record compounds.

The middle should be published.
Brokers earn 3–5% partly because nobody can see what the middle costs. Our fee schedule is published to the percentage point, shown to both sides before anyone accepts, charged only on completed work. Transparency about the cut is not a marketing line here — it is the product.

AI proposes. The human disposes.
There is an AI specialist inside every sector of this platform, and not one of them can approve a verification, bind a price, or move money. The AI exists so nobody waits for the first answer. People make every call that matters, by name.

Nothing on this site is invented.
No fake counters, no invented aircraft, no fabricated reviews, no phantom job posts. Empty sections stay honestly empty until real people fill them. A platform asking an industry to trust its verification cannot decorate itself with fiction.

The door stays open at the bottom.
A student with work ethic and no capital should be able to enter aviation here — train, verify, take work, build a business. The Launch track exists because the industry's next generation should not need to know somebody to start.
