Global Ties Aviation

FAQ

Straight answers.

The questions people actually ask, answered the way we answer everything — plainly. Anything missing, the concierge in the corner knows the whole platform, and support@globaltiesaviation.com reaches the humans.

PRICING

Why are there no service prices on the site?

Because a sticker price for aircraft work would be a guess dressed as a promise. Labour rates, travel distance and on-site condition genuinely move the number. So pricing is personal: send the aircraft and the work, a representative confirms your exact price after inspection, and payment only ever settles that exact approved amount.

What does the platform charge?

The full fee schedule is published on the platform page: 2% on aircraft sales (from the seller), 3% on rentals and leases, 10% on service jobs sliding down to 3% as jobs grow, 5% on charter and parts, 15% on academy enrollments only when we brought the academy the student, and 10% on digital products. Fees exist only on completed work and are shown to both sides before anyone accepts.

VERIFICATION

Can I pay to get verified faster or ranked higher?

No. A subscription buys tools, reach and a lower platform fee — it never buys verification, and it never buys trust ranking. Every badge is signed by a named human reviewer, and that is not for sale.

How does verification actually work?

AI accelerates the file review — documents, consistency, completeness — and then a named person makes every decision. Buyers clear identity and entity checks; sellers clear ownership, documentation and lien checks; specialists clear credentials, insurance and references per trade. Unverified marketplace listings are never published.

NETWORK

How do I find work as a specialist?

Register on the Work Network with your specialisms, base and travel radius — it takes about two minutes. Once a human verifies your file, the Coordinator drafts you into match shortlists, and the live Opportunities board shows open work in every US state and across the world. You quote your own price; the platform fee comes out of a number you set.

How do I post work I need done?

Two ways: request specialists through the Work Network form, or post directly to the Opportunities board — pick your state or country, describe the work, and specialists register interest. Your contact details never appear publicly; a person verifies both sides and makes the introduction.

MARKETPLACE

Why should I sell my aircraft here instead of through a broker?

A traditional brokerage takes 3–5% to introduce two parties. GTA verifies both sides, publishes the listing against a permanent aircraft record, and takes 2% from the seller on completion. Buyers pay nothing. On a $20M sale that difference is measured in hundreds of thousands.

What is the aircraft record?

A permanent, documented history that follows the airframe: every service, every QC checkpoint, every verified transaction. It compounds — an aircraft with a documented care history sells differently, because the buyer reads the record instead of taking anyone's word.

PLATFORM

Do the AI advisors make decisions?

Never. The rule on every agent is AI proposes, the human disposes: no AI here approves a verification, binds a price, signs a contract, moves money, or makes an airworthiness determination. The AI makes sure you never wait for the first answer; people make every call that matters.

Is my data shared or sold?

No. Form submissions go to our team to act on your request and nowhere else. Contact details on the Opportunities board are never published. Payments run entirely on Stripe's infrastructure — card details never touch this site. Analytics cookies load only if you accept the consent banner, and declining changes nothing about how the site works.

How do I start an aviation detailing business through GTA?

The Launch track in Success Programs builds the business around you: a website like this one for your company, brand kit, social engine, lead generation, pricing discipline, and a place in the Work Network the day you verify. Send the intake and a human programme lead scopes it with you.

How do I reach a human?

support@globaltiesaviation.com reaches the team directly, and every form on the site ends with a person reviewing it. The AI advisors will also route you — but there is always a human at the end of every path here.

Service-specific questions — cure times, sequencing, what a correction involves — live with each service in the catalogue, and the Service Advisor there answers anything the pages don’t.
