Privacy Policy

The plain-language version

We collect what you type into our forms so a person can act on your request. We never sell it. Contact details you give the Opportunities board are never published. Payments run entirely on Stripe — card numbers never touch this site. Advertising and analytics cookies load only if you accept the consent banner, and declining changes nothing about how the site works.

What we collect

Form submissions: when you book a service, request specialists, register as a specialist, post or take an opportunity, apply to partner, submit a review, join a waitlist, or send an intake, we receive the details you enter — typically your name, contact information, and the substance of your request.

Payment confirmation: when you settle an approved quote, Stripe processes the payment on its own infrastructure and tells us the outcome. We never receive or store card numbers.

Technical telemetry: our self-healing watchdog (Sentinel) records anonymous error reports — what broke, on which page — to keep the site working. These contain no personal information.

AI advisor conversations: messages you send to the on-site AI advisors are processed to generate the answer. Do not put sensitive personal information into advisor chats.

Optional analytics: if — and only if — you accept the cookie banner, standard analytics and advertising tags (such as Google Analytics or a Meta pixel) may collect usage data under their own policies. If no tags are configured, or you decline, nothing loads.

What we use it for

To do the thing you asked: route your request to the right person, verify a profile, make an introduction on the board, schedule work, confirm a quote, or respond to a question.

To keep the platform honest and safe: verification checks, rate limiting, abuse prevention, and the aircraft record's documentation.

To improve the platform: aggregate, non-identifying usage patterns.

What we will never do

Sell your personal information. Publish contact details from the Opportunities board. Let an AI make a decision about you that matters — verification, pricing, matching — without a named human making the final call. Load tracking cookies you declined.

Sharing

Service providers who run our infrastructure (hosting, payments via Stripe, AI processing via Anthropic) handle data under their own agreements and only to provide their service. When you ask to be matched — a work request, an opportunity, a specialist registration — we share what is needed to make the introduction, and only after a person confirms both sides.

Retention & your rights

We keep request data as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion at any time: support@globaltiesaviation.com. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (GDPR, CCPA and similar), we honour access, correction, deletion and portability requests through the same address.

Children

The platform is for aviation professionals, owners and adult students. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the change is dated here and stated plainly — not buried.
