Aircraft maintenance by verified specialists

Global Ties Aviation connects aircraft owners and operators with verified maintenance specialists: A&P mechanics, IA inspectors, avionics technicians and MRO shops who are members of the GTA Work Network. Tell us what the aircraft needs; a person matches you with a specialist, the specialist quotes, and nothing is scheduled or charged until you approve. The work is done under the specialist's own certificates.

WHAT THE AIRCRAFT NEEDS

The work, and who in the network does it

  • Annual and 100-hour inspections

    IA INSPECTOR WITH AN A&P

The inspection is scheduled where the aircraft sits, the squawks come back in writing, and the record carries the sign-off.

  • Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance

    A&P MECHANIC

Oil, tires, brakes, a squawk from the last flight: a verified mechanic quotes the job before it starts.

  • Avionics, panels and databases

    AVIONICS TECHNICIAN

Installs, repairs, transponder and pitot-static checks, database and software updates, with the paperwork.

  • Heavier work at a shop

MRO OR REPAIR STATION IN THE NETWORK

Engine, airframe and interior work that needs a hangar and a repair station certificate goes to one that holds it.

HOW IT RUNS

Four steps, a person at each one

  1. 01

Tell us what the aircraft needs

The type, where it is, what is due or what is wrong, and when you need it. Two minutes on the Network page.

  2. 02

    A person matches you

Global Ties Aviation reads every request and proposes a verified specialist from the network, by capability and by where the aircraft is.

  3. 03

    The specialist quotes, you approve

The price comes from the specialist in writing. Nothing is scheduled or charged until you say yes.

  4. 04

The work goes on the record

What was done, by whom, under which certificate, with the photographs, written to the aircraft record you keep.

QUESTIONS

What owners ask before they request

Is Global Ties Aviation an FAA repair station?
No. Global Ties Aviation is not a repair station; it is the network and the concierge. The maintenance itself is done by the verified specialist you choose, under their own FAA certificates and their own insurance, and they sign the work off. We match, confirm and keep the record.
How is a maintenance specialist verified?
A person at Global Ties Aviation checks the certificate, the work history, the insurance and the references before a specialist can take work from the network. The verification is on their profile.
What does it cost?
The specialist quotes the job in writing after reading what the aircraft needs. Nothing is published as a price because the type, the location, the parts and the scope move every job. Nothing is scheduled or charged until you approve the quote.
Where is maintenance available?
Wherever a verified specialist in the network can reach the aircraft. The home market is the DMV, Florida and Las Vegas; a mobile A&P or avionics technician comes to the hangar or FBO, and heavier work goes to a shop in the network.
