Six weeks and all three certification levels are free with any of our support plans (Launch, Operator or Command), which are paid monthly. Without a plan, Level 1, the Certified Aircraft Appearance Professional (CAAP) Foundation certification, is still free. Every place opens only after a person at Global Ties Aviation approves it. Level 1 is Module 1, Foundation, and Certification 1, CAAP Foundation: you create the account, confirm you are 18 or older, accept the code of conduct and ask to join, and Module 1 opens when a person approves your request. A person also issues the certificate when the exam is passed and the field work is reviewed. A plan also brings the AI tutor, leads in your area and your Detailer OS. Your Level 1 progress and certificate carry over when you choose a plan.

Once you have made your first plan payment, or bought the course on its own, Modules 2 to 4 and Certifications 2 and 3 are yours to keep: they stay open for as long as GTA Academy runs the online program, with or without a plan. What ends with a plan is the plan: leads, the Detailer OS and its AI tools, the AI tutor, and the work the GTA team does. Level 1 stays open to every member of the GTA network either way, and the certifications you earned stay yours and stay verifiable.

Certification 1, CAAP Foundation, closes Module 1 and is part of the free Level 1. Certification 2, CAAP Interior, closes Module 2. Certification 3, CAAP Exterior, closes Module 3. Each needs the module exam passed at 80 percent and the module's field work reviewed and passed by a person. Hold all three certifications and you are a CAAP: a Certified Aircraft Appearance Professional, trained and assessed to the GTA Standard inside and out. Module 4, Standing Out and Operating, closes with an exam and a capstone launch plan, and completes the program.

CAAP is a professional certification issued by Global Ties Aviation through GTA Academy. It is not an FAA certificate, a mechanic or repairman certificate, a maintenance authorization, or any government credential. It shows the holder was trained and assessed to the GTA Standard for aircraft appearance care.

Six weeks at the suggested pace of 8 to 12 hours a week, about a week and a half per module. You cannot skip ahead: each lesson opens when the one before it is complete, the module exam opens when the lessons are done, the field work opens when the exam is passed, and the next module opens when both are in. The order is the method.

Each module ends with a timed exam of 60 minutes, multiple choice and short scenario answers, pass mark 80 percent. You get 3 attempts, 48 hours apart. Short answers are graded against the instructor's key and an instructor can review any grade. A person issues every certificate.

Leads are appearance requests GTA receives or sources in your area and passes to you. They arrive as they come; volume varies by region and is never guaranteed, and GTA makes no promise of income. Launch includes up to 5 a month, Operator up to 15 and Command up to 30, and higher plans are offered opportunities first.

Your own operating system for your detailing business, built from the same system Global Ties Aviation runs on. Launch opens the Starter edition (client book, job log, forms, the Price Analyzer and the Condition Photo Analyzer). Operator opens the Business edition (pipeline, schedule, and the AI Quote Writer, Client Messages, Job Planner and Content Studio). Command opens the full edition with an AI chief of staff and a daily brief. It holds your business only; nobody else's data is in it and yours is in nobody else's.

Billed monthly to your card until you cancel. Cancel online at any time from your Academy; the plan stays open to the end of the month you paid for, the month already billed is not refunded, and the certifications you earned stay yours. Supervised exterior and interior work on real aircraft beside a GTA instructor: washing, brightwork, correction, coating, interior care and the documentation that goes with each, then the in-person assessment and the CAAP Hands-On Endorsement. It opens once you have completed the online program. Pricing, dates and location are set with the team for each approved student. Nothing is charged until you agree to it.

The AI tutor comes with any plan and knows the whole course: ask it about the lesson you are on or anything in the six weeks, at any hour, and it answers from the course and names the unit to read. It never hands out exam answers. The desk's AI reads photos, suggests price ranges, drafts quotes, messages and posts, and plans jobs. It proposes; you decide. It never states a final price for you, never sends anything on your behalf, and never makes an airworthiness call.
