Ceramic Coating

A sacrificial layer, measured in years rather than washes.

What is ceramic coating?

Ceramic coating is a semi-permanent SiO2 layer bonded to corrected paint, holding for years rather than washes. It must be applied over corrected paint — coating over defects locks them in, so we will not do it. Every coating is registered with a warranty record and an annual inspection.

HOW PRICING WORKS

Scoped to your airframe, confirmed by a person.

Ceramic Coating scales with aircraft class and condition, so we do not publish a sticker price. Use the AI calculator on the services page for an instant estimate, or send the booking request — our team reviews the aircraft and comes back to you with the final price before anything is scheduled. Nothing is ever charged without your approval.

WHAT THIS PROTECTS

It takes the UV, the rain erosion and the chemical attack that would otherwise reach the paint, and it makes every subsequent wash shorter and less abrasive.

Questions owners actually ask

Do I need paint correction first?
Yes, and this is not upsell. Ceramic is optically clear and permanent for years — anything under it is sealed in and magnified. We will not coat uncorrected paint.
How long is the aircraft down?
Two to four days for a light jet including correction and cure. We schedule around your calendar and give you the release time in writing.
