What the platform is

Global Ties Aviation operates a platform connecting aviation owners, operators, specialists, academies, buyers, sellers and partners: appearance services, a verified marketplace, a work network with an opportunities board, success programmes, and AI advisors. The platform connects and documents; the people on it perform the work and make the deals.

Who can use the platform

Accounts are for people 18 or older, and each account confirms it when it is created. Access is granted by a person: a person at Global Ties Aviation reviews every new account and every request (the Academy, the member portal, the network, a Fly account) and approves, waitlists or denies it; nothing opens before that, and we may pause or end access that breaks these terms or the code of conduct. The platform is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13; if you believe a child has given us information, write to support@globaltiesaviation.com and we will delete it.

Estimates, quotes and payment

AI-generated estimates are round-about ranges by design and never binding. A binding price exists only when a representative or specialist confirms it and you approve it. Payment through the platform settles exactly the approved amount, processed by Stripe. Platform fees follow the published schedule on the platform page: charged on completed work, shown before acceptance.

Verification

Verification decisions — for buyers, sellers, specialists, partners and posters — are made by named human reviewers. AI accelerates review but never decides. A subscription never purchases verification or trust ranking. We may decline or revoke verification to protect the platform's integrity.

The Opportunities board and the network

The network's board, directory and introductions are for members. Membership is free with an account, for people 18 or older who accept the code of conduct, and a person at GTA approves every member. A member's post is reviewed and published by a person at GTA, and the author can close it at any time. Contact details are never published: introductions happen through GTA after a person confirms both sides. Specialists set their own prices and are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. We facilitate the connection and document the work; the parties to a job are responsible for its performance, quality and legality.

The aircraft record

Work completed through the platform is documented to the aircraft's record. You warrant that information you submit for the record is accurate. The record documents what happened; it is not a warranty of condition or airworthiness.

Text messages and calls

Program: Global Ties Aviation texts, sent from (443) 300-6215 to people who ticked the optional texting box at globaltiesaviation.com/welcome or signed up at globaltiesaviation.com/text-messages: a welcome text, a confirmation and reminder of a booked welcome call, replies to questions you text us, and occasional updates about GTA's training, services and programs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop texts, reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT) to any message; you will receive one confirmation and no further texts. For help, reply HELP or call (877) 844-8220, or email support@globaltiesaviation.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If you agreed to automated and AI-voice calls, an AI assistant may call you to welcome you and confirm your booked call; it says it is an AI assistant. Consent to calls and texts is not a condition of any purchase. See the Privacy Policy for how your number is kept: no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

AI advisors

The AI advisors provide information and drafts. They do not provide airworthiness determinations, legal, regulatory, tax or investment advice, and their outputs are not binding commitments. Airworthiness is decided by certificated mechanics and inspectors — never by this platform.

Acceptable use

Do not post false information, impersonate others, scrape contact details, attempt to bypass verification or fees, harvest data from the board, or interfere with the platform's operation. We may remove content and suspend access to protect the platform and its users, and rate limits apply to every endpoint.

GTA Academy, Level 1, the plans and the course only

Level 1 of GTA Academy is free: Module 1, Foundation, and Certification 1, CAAP Foundation, are open to anyone 18 or older who creates a free account and asks to join the GTA members' network, with no plan and no card, once a person at GTA approves the request. Asking means accepting the Academy's code of conduct and these terms. A person at GTA may pause or withdraw a membership that breaks the code of conduct or these terms. We may change what the free Level 1 includes for people who join later; a certification you earned stays yours.

A person at GTA reviews and approves every Academy application before the plan choice opens, so a plan is chosen only after approval. Access that a person pauses or ends closes for as long as it is paused or ended.

The full GTA Academy online program (all four modules) and its three certifications are included with the Launch, Operator and Command monthly plans. Each plan's price, including how it changes after your first payments, is shown to you at the end of your Academy application, on the Stripe checkout page and in your confirmation email, before you pay anything, and applies as shown there. A price change in your favor starts without any action from you.

Plans are billed monthly in advance to the card you give Stripe, our payment processor, until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time from your Academy page; your plan stays open until the end of the month you have paid for, nothing more is charged after that, the month already billed is not refunded, and you can take the cancellation back until then. A plan change is prorated by Stripe onto your next invoice. If a payment fails, Stripe tries again for a limited time and your plan stays open while it does; you can update your card from your Academy page.

The course is yours to keep. Once you have made your first plan payment on any plan (monthly, or months paid up front), or bought the course on its own, Modules 2 to 4 and Certifications 2 and 3 stay open to you for as long as GTA Academy runs the online program, with or without a plan, subject to the code of conduct and these terms. What ends when a plan ends is the plan itself: leads, the Detailer OS and its AI tools, the AI tutor and the work the GTA team does. A plan granted at no charge opens the course only while it runs. A student who keeps the course already is not offered the course-only purchase again; a second course-only payment that arrives anyway is returned to you.

Certifications are earned by passing the module exams and the reviews of your field work, and a certification you earned stays yours if your plan ends. Leads are appearance requests passed to you as they arrive in your area; volume varies and is never guaranteed, and GTA makes no promise of income. Advertising budgets and government filing fees are paid by the student. Hands-on training is arranged and priced separately with the team.

Course only, Levels 2 and 3: instead of a plan, a student whose application a person at GTA has approved may buy Modules 2 to 4 and Certifications 2 and 3 with one payment. It is not a subscription: nothing renews and nothing more is charged for those levels. Its price is shown to you once your application is approved, on the Stripe checkout page and in your confirmation email, before you pay, and applies as shown there. The payment opens nothing until a person at GTA has approved you; once approved, those levels stay open to you for as long as GTA Academy runs the online program, with or without a plan, subject to the code of conduct and these terms. It does not include the AI tutor, leads, the Detailer OS or the work the GTA team does on the plans. You may pay by card or with another method the checkout shows, including paying over time with a lender where one is offered, under that lender's own approval and terms. If the payment is returned to you, the levels it opened close again. This payment is final. Levels 2 and 3 open in full the moment a person at GTA approves you, so the purchase is not refundable once they have opened; a payment GTA does not approve is returned to you in full. A second course-only payment from a student who keeps those levels already is returned to you, as stated above.

Marketplace transactions

Aircraft transactions are between verified buyer and verified seller. We are not a party to the sale, we do not hold escrow, and title, inspection, taxes and regulatory compliance are the parties' responsibility. The published seller fee applies on completion.

Copyright and what you upload

You keep the rights to the photos, posts and files you upload, and you give us permission to store and show them for the purpose you uploaded them. Upload only what you own or have permission to use.

If you believe something on the platform infringes your copyright, send a notice to our copyright agent that includes: your physical or electronic signature; the work you say is infringed; the material and where it appears on the platform (the link); your name, address, telephone number and email; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We remove or disable the material and tell the person who uploaded it.

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your signature, the material and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, your name, address and telephone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address. We may restore it after 10 business days unless the person who complained tells us they have filed a court action. We close the accounts of people who infringe repeatedly.

Liability

The platform is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid the platform in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and contact

Material changes to these terms are dated here and stated plainly. Questions, disputes and notices: support@globaltiesaviation.com.

30 September 2026: Level 1 of GTA Academy became free with a membership of the GTA network; the plans still include the full program; and every access is granted by a person after review.

1 October 2026: the Academy plans' prices changed for new checkouts (each student sees the price that applies before paying), and Course only, Levels 2 and 3, a one-time purchase without a plan, was added. Its payment is final once a person at GTA has approved the student and the levels have opened; a payment GTA does not approve is returned in full.
