What the platform is
Global Ties Aviation operates a platform connecting aviation owners, operators, specialists, academies, buyers, sellers and partners: appearance services, a verified marketplace, a work network with an opportunities board, success programmes, and AI advisors. The platform connects and documents; the people on it perform the work and make the deals.
Estimates, quotes and payment
AI-generated estimates are round-about ranges by design and never binding. A binding price exists only when a representative or specialist confirms it and you approve it. Payment through the platform settles exactly the approved amount, processed by Stripe. Platform fees follow the published schedule on the platform page: charged on completed work, shown before acceptance.
Verification
Verification decisions — for buyers, sellers, specialists, partners and posters — are made by named human reviewers. AI accelerates review but never decides. A subscription never purchases verification or trust ranking. We may decline or revoke verification to protect the platform's integrity.
The Opportunities board and the network
Posts publish flagged as pending verification; we verify posters before confirming matches. Contact details are never published — introductions happen through the platform after a person confirms both sides. Specialists set their own prices and are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. We facilitate the connection and document the work; the parties to a job are responsible for its performance, quality and legality.
The aircraft record
Work completed through the platform is documented to the aircraft's record. You warrant that information you submit for the record is accurate. The record documents what happened; it is not a warranty of condition or airworthiness.
AI advisors
The AI advisors provide information and drafts. They do not provide airworthiness determinations, legal, regulatory, tax or investment advice, and their outputs are not binding commitments. Airworthiness is decided by certificated mechanics and inspectors — never by this platform.
Acceptable use
Do not post false information, impersonate others, scrape contact details, attempt to bypass verification or fees, harvest data from the board, or interfere with the platform's operation. We may remove content and suspend access to protect the platform and its users, and rate limits apply to every endpoint.
Marketplace transactions
Aircraft transactions are between verified buyer and verified seller. We are not a party to the sale, we do not hold escrow, and title, inspection, taxes and regulatory compliance are the parties' responsibility. The published seller fee applies on completion.
Liability
The platform is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid the platform in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
