The Aviation Ecosystem, Explained in One Page
Aircraft ownership takes a dozen unconnected relationships — broker, escrow, title, pre-buy, insurance, finance, maintenance, parts, appearance care. GTA ties them into one verified ecosystem where you verify once and transact everywhere.
The fragmentation problem
Every handoff between an owner's dozen vendors is friction and risk the owner absorbs personally. Nothing connects the broker to the title company to the detailer to the mechanic. The aircraft's own history lives scattered across all of them, which is why so much of an aircraft's value evaporates into he-said-she-said at resale.
One identity, one record, one standard
The GTA ecosystem runs on three ties. One identity: verify once — owner, buyer, seller, operator or student — and transact everywhere. One record: every service, document and inspection accumulates on the aircraft, making it more valuable for having lived here. One standard: from the detailing crew to the certified network to the marketplace, the same documented bar.
The services business is the front door — hands on aircraft earn the hangar access, relationships and records that make the digital platform trustworthy. That sequence cannot be shortcut, which is precisely why it is defensible.
Where it goes from here
The roadmap adds parts, directory, academy and network in phase two, then escrow, insurance, financing, charter and maintenance tracking as the record deepens — each new sector making every existing one more valuable. Ties compound. That is the whole strategy in two words.
