A person at Global Ties Aviation has checked every pilot below: their selfie, certificate, medical, the authority for what they list, and each aircraft's registration, last service and insurance. You pay here; the card is charged only when the pilot confirms the flight.

How a booking works
STEP 1
Price it
Pick a pilot, give the trip, see the price. It comes from the pilot's rate under a published ceiling.
STEP 2
Request it
Create a free account and send the request with the passenger terms accepted. The pilot may adjust the price before you pay.
STEP 3
Pay to hold
Your card is authorized for the price. Nothing is charged yet.
STEP 4
The pilot confirms
Within 48 hours. Then the card is charged and you get the pilot's contact. Declined or unconfirmed: released in full.

Fly for the people who need you. Keep most of what you charge.
List the flying you are certified to sell — passenger flights, contract flying, instruction, scenic tours. Customers find you here, pay here, and a person at Global Ties Aviation checks every pilot before the first booking.

What we need from you

- Passenger seats and weight capacity, stated honestly
- Agreement to the fee schedule, the price ceiling and the liability terms

Founding pilot: Approved before 1 March 2027: 15% through August 2027, 18% after, and never higher for as long as you fly with GTA.
One way or round trip, the same share of what you charge. Paid after the flight.
What you can list, and what each needs
Passenger flights
Fly people where they need to go — holiday, business, private transport — in your aircraft or your operator's.
Needs: Commercial or ATP certificate and Part 135 operating authority (your own certificate or the operator you fly under).
Contract pilot
Fly the client's aircraft: repositioning, ferry flights, a second pilot, a season of flying.
Needs: Commercial or ATP certificate with the ratings for the type.
Instruction and time building
Dual instruction, checkride prep, time building toward a rating.
Needs: A current flight instructor certificate (CFI, CFII or MEI).
Scenic and air tours
Sightseeing flights that return to the field they left from.
Needs: A Part 91.147 letter of authorization, or Part 135 authority.
The price ceiling (gta-reference-2026-09)
You set your rate. It may not exceed the GTA reference for the aircraft class by more than 30%, holidays included. The reference is published and reviewed each quarter:

Customers book and pay here. You confirm, you fly, your share is paid after the flight.
Questions
Who can list flights?
Pilots and operators who document what they hold: a commercial or ATP certificate for paid flying, Part 135 authority for passenger flights, a CFI certificate for instruction, a 91.147 letter for tours. A person at GTA reviews every document before a listing goes live.
What does GTA take?
15% of what the pilot charges for bookings through 2027-08-31, 18% after. Founding pilots keep the early rate and never pay more than 18%.
How is the price kept fair?
Every listing is checked against the GTA reference for its aircraft class. A pilot may price up to 30% above it and no more, holidays included.
When am I charged?
Your card is authorized when you accept a price and charged when the pilot confirms the flight. If the pilot declines or the flight is cancelled, the authorization is released.
Is GTA the airline or the operator?
No. GTA is the platform. The operator and pilot in command are responsible for the flight, and their insurance applies. The full terms are on the Fly terms page.
Do you issue pilot certificates?
No. We help you plan, find a school and prepare, and we bring you into the network when you are certified.
